ProPour Support

ProPour is a product of Michai Media. Signed-in users can open and track a support request from Settings → Help & Support in the ProPour app.

Contact support

Email support@propour.app. Include the email address on your account and a brief description of the issue. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or government identification documents.

Payments and payouts

For booking, charge, or payout questions, include the shift date, venue name, and booking identifier when available. Banking information is handled through Stripe; ProPour support will never ask for your online-banking password.

Safety concerns

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Use ProPour's incident tools for shift-related reports, then email safety@propour.app if follow-up is needed. Read the Safety Center for the pilot response path.
