Delete your ProPour account

Start a deletion request

From the ProPour app, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account, review the consequences, type DELETE, and submit. The request is tracked inside the app and enters Michai Media's support and operations queue immediately. If you cannot access the app, email support@propour.app from the address associated with your account.

What happens next

• We may ask you to verify control of the account.
• Your profile will be removed from public discovery while the request is processed.
• Your account and personal data will be deleted or de-identified, normally within 30 days after verification.
• You will lose access to your profile, learning progress, saved workplaces, messages, and private shift tools.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited booking, transaction, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, and compliance records when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. Retained records remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
