Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ProPour, a Michai Media product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally able to work where services are performed, and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

Marketplace role

ProPour provides technology that helps hospitality professionals and venues discover one another, communicate, arrange shifts, and manage related activity. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ProPour is not the employer, staffing agency, agent, or representative of a bartender or venue. Users are responsible for classification, payroll, taxes, insurance, licensing, workplace safety, alcohol-service compliance, and compliance with applicable laws.

Bookings, payments, and cancellations

Booking terms, rates, fees, cancellation rules, and payout timing shown during a transaction form part of that transaction. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider under its own terms.

During the controlled pilot, a confirmed booking may be cancelled in the app before its scheduled start. When venue funding has already been secured and payout processing has not begun, the venue payment is marked for a full refund. A venue no-show report may be filed 30 minutes after the scheduled start if no check-in exists. No-shows, post-start issues, chargebacks, and disputed facts may require ProPour operations review before funds move. ProPour may delay or withhold a payout when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, chargebacks, safety concerns, or legal requirements.

Professional information and reviews

You must not misrepresent experience, certifications, identity, availability, earnings, or work history. Reviews must reflect genuine booking experiences and must not be abusive, discriminatory, retaliatory, or deceptive.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, access another person's account, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of ProPour, interfere with security, upload unlawful or infringing content, harass others, discriminate unlawfully, evade fees, manipulate ratings, or use ProPour to facilitate illegal activity. The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.

AI and educational content

AI responses and educational materials are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, medical, tax, safety, licensing, or professional advice. Always follow venue policy, responsible-service training, product labels, and applicable law. A ProPour course-completion badge is not a government or third-party certification unless expressly identified as verified.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ProPour a worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using ProPour at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address fraud, nonpayment, safety concerns, or material misuse.

Disclaimers and liability

ProPour is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee work opportunities, worker performance, venue conditions, income, AI accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or the conduct of another user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProPour and Michai Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. Questions may be sent to legal@propour.app.
