Immediate danger

Call 911 or local emergency services first. Move to a safe place when you can. ProPour is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch police, fire, or medical assistance.

Shift-related incident

In Shift Mode, open Safety & incident report. Choose the incident type and severity, describe what happened, and submit. High and critical reports enter the ProPour operations alert queue immediately. You can also email safety@propour.app.

Messages or account behavior

Open the shield control in a conversation to block the other account or send an urgent report to ProPour operations. Blocking prevents both participants from sending new messages in that thread.

Pay, hours, cancellation, or no-show

Open the booking and use Dispute. State the timeline, amount, facts, and the outcome you need. ProPour pauses the normal payment path while operations reviews an active dispute.

Responsible alcohol service

Follow applicable law, your responsible-service training, venue policy, and your own judgment. AI suggestions are informational and never override a requirement to refuse or stop service.
