Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 13, 2026
ProPour exists to make hospitality work more professional, dependable, and safe. These standards apply to profiles, shifts, messages, reviews, support requests, and in-person conduct connected to the platform.
Be accurate and dependable
- Use your real professional identity and submit only genuine credentials, work history, availability, rates, and venue information.
- Arrive prepared and on time. Post only real shifts with accurate pay, hours, location, dress code, and responsibilities.
- Cancel promptly in the app when circumstances change and give the other participant a useful reason.
Protect dignity and safety
- No harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, retaliation, discriminatory conduct, unwanted sexual behavior, or unsafe alcohol service.
- No pressure to work off the clock, accept undisclosed duties, bypass required safety practices, or move payment outside the agreed pilot workflow.
- Never put guest payment details, health information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information in messages or AI prompts.
Keep reputation honest
Reviews must reflect a completed booking and the reviewer's genuine experience. Do not trade reviews, threaten negative reviews, impersonate another person, or manipulate ratings.
Report problems
Use conversation controls to block and report another account. Use the in-app safety tool for shift incidents and the dispute workflow for booking facts or money. ProPour may remove content, restrict accounts, pause funds, or end pilot participation when needed to protect the community or enforce the Terms.
