This Privacy Policy explains how ProPour, a Michai Media product, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and related services.

Information we collect

  • Account information, including your name, email address, role, and authentication details.
  • Professional information, including experience, skills, certifications, availability, portfolio content, ratings, and reviews.
  • Shift and venue information, including applications, bookings, check-in and check-out activity, notes, and workplace details.
  • Approximate or precise location when you enable location features for nearby shifts or authorized shift check-ins.
  • Earnings information you enter and payment-status information received from payment providers. ProPour does not store full bank-account or payment-card numbers.
  • Messages, posts, images, support requests, AI prompts, and other content you submit.
  • Device, usage, diagnostic, and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Push-notification device tokens, support tickets, user blocks, incident reports, and dispute records used to deliver updates and operate trust and safety workflows.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and profiles, match bartenders and venues, support bookings and payments, personalize education and AI assistance, send requested notifications, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, enforce our terms, and improve ProPour.

How we share information

We may share information with other users as part of your public professional profile or a booking; with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, maps, analytics, communications, and AI features; when required by law; or during a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

AI features

When you use ProPour Assist, your prompt and any context you choose to include may be sent to an AI service provider to generate a response. Do not submit confidential guest information, payment-card data, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an AI prompt.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain financial records. You may request account deletion through the app or our account-deletion page. Some records may be retained when required by law or necessary for legitimate safety, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You may update profile information, manage device permissions, opt out of nonessential communications, and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@propour.app. Rights may vary based on your location.

Security and children

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. ProPour is not directed to children under 18.
