The founding venue cohort is for legitimate hospitality operators ready to test verified local staffing, structured booking communication, secured shift funding, documented completion, payout, and reputation.

Venue workflow

• Create the owner account and venue profile in the city where the work will happen.
• Complete ProPour's pilot attestation for insurance, worker classification, personnel requirements, and responsible-service policy.
• Post accurate shifts and review only eligible local applicants.
• Secure the displayed labor amount and service fee before the bartender checks in.
• Document cancellations or no-shows in the app, release payout after completed work, and leave a factual verified review.

Operator responsibility

ProPour readiness review is not legal approval. Venues remain responsible for licensing, insurance, worker classification, payroll, taxes, workplace safety, alcohol-service compliance, and all requirements that apply to their operation.
